yes I am kind of with Tariq bhai's question...How can be an engineer creative? on the other hand why not??? are we not everyone creative?? Everyone in a company thinks, so everyone's designations should be "creative", like Creative CEO, Creative Software Engineer, Creative Java Developer, Creative Chef ;) Or how your company differentiates these terms? No offense, just want to be clear.
