Job Responsibilities::
1. Optimize and document process for client and Business Unit interaction with the Production Team and Production Hubs
2. Support Production Hubs in managing resourcing and readiness against expected demand. Ensure all production teams are prepared for production
3. Manage Rate Card and out of process work volume and charges. End-to-end production status and SLA compliance reporting
4. Help to map the scope of work and client requirements correctly
5. Maintain a solid understanding of performance matrix, creative development, digital studio development, and technology implementation

Job Responsibilities::
1. Bachelor/Masters degree in relevant discipline
2. Minimum 4 years of experiences in managing Digital/ Web based projects
3. A team player and able to manage a complex structure over multiple geographical locations
4. A good people manager, able to manage clients, teams and peers in the organization directly or indirectly
5. Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects and multiple teams to adjust to changes in timelines, deadlines, and project goals
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
