Distorted Designers

This is credit card design for trust bank
please give ur comments for this two design

First card e "t" in the center ta is taken from the logo...since its part of the logo i would suggest part use na kore pura logo ta use korte. Card er majhkhane just "t" lekha ta out of place lagche.And also as far as i knw we shouldnt distort or change company logo (in most cases), e.g. 1st card er back side e trust logo "t" is made white from green and circle to fill chilo na original logo te...i dunno, if the company is ok with tahole to kichu bolar nai..but ey practice ta ke avoid korle bhalo i think. just an opinion.

1st one front: Awesome, Awesome
1st one back: I can't understand how you use the red like this Truly speaking "Back ta mere dise". Please change this and keep as simple as front.

2nd one front n back: Nice (Boishakhi/Festive feel), Red type swirl is imbalanced, color wise. Na dile aro onek bhalo lagto.

Dhanad, I used the full logo of their first credit card before, which they used for long time. So Bappy's can be the newer version of that ya bappy can play lil bit more with it. here's the first designs, just for reference:
