Nice design.. bhalo lagse. Just one thing I catch is top menu color need to be little more difference from the background color. One more thing I want to share.. that for the body text use text method use "none" where you using "smooth", it will make clear approach for the text.

Partha bhai > acha text er ei "none" / "smooth" beparta ki only for photoshop er khetre boltesen?? I use "none" when I need to show mock to the client.

Asif bhai, yes its only for photoshop. Because photoshop could not make the clear approach for little font. Its blured. So its better use "none" which makes the font pixalated also. So I use none for the font which I use at body text and size 12pt or below. But if you use font size bigger you need not do that.

Sounds good but I always expect better designs from u since u r very much experienced...
1. Didn't like the top menu much.
Other things are pretty stable...

agree with Partha bhai about font.. ami basically choto font gulor khetre "none with verdana,myriad,tahoma , 11 to 12 pt" use kori.. which look good in photoshop and also good for css job .. but boro font er jonne smoooth use na korle.. font ta clear ase na.. ..
