I made these character for Therap Automated Training Tutorial. I made this in Flash.

hmm.....Its very cute. 2 major changes I want to state:
1. Don't use the logo covering whole T-Shirt, i mean both the left and right edges. If that so then logo must be rounded.
2. Light shade of the shoes looks odd. use lighter shade of the blue from color palate.

the character is soooo cute and yes you can put some shadings like what asif said.

Cool... This cartoon is as gentle and modest as me... How did u draw my face so precisely???
