well, here are my comments:

1st one is preferable.
on the left side logo, u used three colors which is not making sense to me......

right side r logo ta khub bhalo hoise......ai logo ta just black and white a kore dekhen.... superb akta logo hoibo....

over all concept is very nice.

for 2nd logo: dont wanna comment...cz dont like it in fact.

Negative comments r jonno sorry........ :D

jai hok....I have changed and put suggestion in the logo according to my thoughts. Again you can avoid this or can use this suggestion in next project if you like. :D
