Thanks Shabbir bhai for the answer. To me the word "Creative" becoming more popular in every sectors. Everyone wants to be creative, wants to think out of the box. And thats why actually things are getting more tougher for some level of peoples. It always not so easy to think out of the box. No one can pull out creativity by pressuring. It should come naturally and it happens only for few people around us.

#1. Honestly speaking its briskly booming. The value of a designer is now much more cherished in our country. Few years ago I was not so satisfied and had a confusion about my career path. But now our Design and Software industry very much dependent on creative substance. And I'm pretty sure it will be increase more day by day.

#2. Well you might be amazed to know that I do not have any favorite designers :-) I meant to be specific there is none. I like all the creative people and their creative invention. I like when a 5 years older kid draw some colorful stuffs in his/her school book... i like when I see some excellent illustration... I like when I see an excellent interface on the web. So for me there is no fev :-)

I agree with you and I also feel same thing ... ami apnaka janata chi j ami sodo matro Clint ar chahida moto design korta pari ... kono cod parina but IT firm a valo baton a job kori and proti mash a valoi khap mari ... amar computer shaker age only 18 month ... tar aga tuk tak ps il partam ... amar somai charukalata matro akta pc silo ... sudu graphic design a jara porto tari use korto niddristo class time a ... akhon obosso onak kisu paltaisa ...

vai apner ki creative people der nia kisu korar wish/aim asa?

ji iccha to ache and plan o ache. amader deshe "Design Firm" bolte basically "AD" firm gulo k bojhano hoy. But amar plan holo emon ekta Company khola jekhane shudhu Creative Designers ra thakbe.... no coder. Ei company te shudhu design er kaj hobe...such as: Interaction Designing for Web/Desktop/Mobile application, User Interface, Branding, Visualization, Animation, Consultancy etc. ei dhoroner firm ekhono BD te nai. amar icha ache korar...dekha jak ...baki ta Allah rohomot dan korlei hoye jabe InshAllah.

And the main part will be salary. ekhane shobar salary hobe world class r envirnment hobe very friendly and relaxing.
