umm....for this design I think character er sathe sathe presentation tao ekta boro bepar......pls see my one...
First time I also emphasized on character, but later on I had to do more work on background to give it a feel. Finally it tastes a POP feel. probably characters are attending in a pop show within a few min

This background is also nice. Actually there is no problem with that(first one) background. I suggested you to play with different background colors. It could be 2nd background colors like- yellow, sky, gray, oranges, off white etc ...seniors can suggest more better than me
