ya pls keu mathe namen and done koren....ami amar basha shift kortesi....tai ektu jhamela thakbe....my suggestion: 3 major responsibilities:

keu venue thik koren
keu transport bebosta koren (depends on venue)
keu food

baki shob emni emni hoye jabe. as chhagol bhai said chanda age nile bhalo, thats true but hoyto shombhob hobena. so picnic er dine nilei hobe....so ar kotha na bariye uporer daitto bhag kore felen....

P.S Venue ekebarei na pawa gele amar desher bari to achei...Narshingdi....and food is also no matter.

transport = bus
food = alenga resort a just menu ta bolay ditay hoi...... ota akantay fix kora jai... so raana banna kono jangam thakay nah... shob orai e koray....

if amar kono 6th picnic na thaklay........... 6th Feb. kotha chenta kora jai... or next Friday or Saturday (16th or 17th)///////////// 2nd or 3rd feb. kora jai... jodio aktoo early.. hoi... but chailay hoito kora jaitay paray...

ata akon apnara thek koren.. kobay... ami amar kotha bollam...

ei sharse.....heheheh...abar shei fri/sat/sun :D
anyway amra ekta jinish set kore feli....that is: ei fri/sat er jhamela shob shomoy ee thakbe....so last time DD event was "photography tour and it was held in Sat probably. so oidin onek kei chuti nite hoisilo. so eibar fri koren. tahole arek group er chuti nite hobe. Sunday te korle onek beshi manuhser chuti nite hoy. So we can alternate Fri and Sat in each event. Its just my y opinion. Mid of february is cool time.
