How to fetch images from other sites

guys, I see so many members download the images from other site and upload here. Which is good in a sense, that these images become our own forever. Still if you think this is pain to download from other site and upload here again then you can try this technique.

1. Suppose you are visiting http://www.google.com and want to share the logo with us here.
2. right click on the image > select "Copy Image Location" (for firefox)
3. paste the link here and select it.
4. Put the image tag
