Currently, I am doing depth research on prototyping tools. I already found many promising tools and trying them on by one. But I would like to know which one you are using for your project and why you are using that specific tool?

Shabbir bhai, we use Sketch + InVision.
Recently we are trying out Sketch's built-in prototype feature, but only for small and internal projects. However, for usability testing or external stakeholders we still use Sketch + Vision.
Why we use this tool? — Well, our team decided to use this combination several years back, before my joining. I guess these were only available and popular combination back then.

Yes, I agree that these 2 were the most serviceable back then. But nowadays things have changed a lot. If you want to show micro-interaction in your prototype then Sketch and Invision are not that useful. Currently, I am trying most of the popular ones and doing some comparison. I will share my thoughts on those soon.

That would be awesome. Eagerly waiting for that.

(rapid prototyping and wire-farming easy and our in house team is windows platform )
বিজনেস টিম অ্যান্ড প্রোডাক্ট টিম মাজে মাজে draw.io ব্যাবহার করে
(draw.io easy to use and easily file import and export facility... ohhh yea.... it is FREE

We used to use Sketch and Invision combo firstly. We also tried Sketch in-app prototype function but didn't find it useful for testing or hand-off.
Later, we've tried Figma in app prototyping for the latest few projects. It's somewhat okayish as it's not smooth as Invision yet to me. But it's functional.
Especially as part of the usability testing, we need to consider Maze integration. A few months back, they only supported Invision, but now they support Figma prototype links also.

Shabbir bhai, currently using Balsamiq + Figma. Reason: Easy to keep team in sync, simplicity and speed. At early stage of a product, team is more concerned about the interactions, steps, link between pages. Balsamiq serves the purpose. Figma helps more in testing, stakeholder presentations, and developer handover.
Previously used Sketch + Invision.

Hi Bhaia,
I'm using windows operating system.
Though,Prototyping is pretty similar on both Figma and Adobe XD but Figma is the first in this comparism.
I had a assigned official task in Jira board for prototyping tools research.
I'm working with a service based platform.
We need to rapid prototype for two reasons basically:
1) Time savings definitely
2) Lock the designs from client end
From my servey report, I strongly prefer Figma. Why?
- Figma is a web app; can run it in a browser.
- Figma offers true real-time collaboration.
- Simply connect UI elements and choose your interactions and animations.
- Define subtle interactions, like on click, while hovering, while pressing a button, and more.
- Details like device frames and momentum scrolling make your prototypes feel like the real experience.
- Automagically animate similar objects and create detailed transitions.
- Create multiple layers of interactive content overlays.
- Toggle between your design file and live prototype. Design edits appear instantly in your prototype.
- Comment in a prototype. They carry over into the design file—so nothing gets lost.
- Constraints can be used on responsive screens.
- Figma allows assets to be synced across your files, and also with your team.
- Easy to send design to developers.
- Create hyperlink in prototype.
Previously we used Adobe Xd, Invisionapp, Marvelapp.
Some feedback for Invisionstudio and Adobe Xd:
# Invision Studio
- InVision Studio allowed designers to build more advanced animation and micro-interactions.
- InVision Studio also integrated with InVision’s link to Sketch via its Craft plugin. Like Photoshop, After Effects is too heavy an application for UI animation work.
# Adobe Xd
- Voice triggers and speech prototype.
- Auto-animate.
- Linked symbols.
- Prototype drag gestures.
Hopefully, you will love my concerns.
Thank you!

Thank you all for your valuable feedback and thanks for sharing your experience. Really, appreciate your time.
Have you tried UXPin or ProtoPie yet? Seems like these two tools are the best for micro interaction. Though both are pretty complex but still super useful.
